By booking a vehicle with JTSwift Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Driver Requirements
    •    Minimum driver age: 23 years
    •    Driver must hold a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
    •    A valid government-issued ID or passport is required

2. Booking & Verification
    •    All bookings are subject to verification prior to vehicle release
    •    We reserve the right to cancel any booking if verification requirements are not met
    •    Same-day bookings may require direct confirmation before approval

3. Payment & Security Deposit
    •    Rental payments are processed securely online
    •    A refundable security deposit is required before vehicle collection
    •    Security deposits are held on a credit card and released after vehicle inspection, subject to no damages or violations

4. Vehicle Use
    •    Vehicles must be used for personal transportation only
    •    No racing, off-road driving, or illegal activities
    •    Only approved drivers listed on the agreement may operate the vehicle

5. Insurance & Responsibility
    •    The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or traffic violations during the rental period
    •    Insurance coverage does not eliminate renter responsibility
    •    Any damage not covered by insurance may be deducted from the security deposit

6. Fuel & Vehicle Condition
    •    Vehicles must be returned in the same fuel level and condition as received
    •    Additional cleaning or refueling fees may apply if standards are not met

7. Cancellations & Refunds
    •    Cancellations made 72 hours or more before pickup may be eligible for a full refund
    •    Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee
    •    No-shows are non-refundable

8. Late Returns
    •    Late returns may result in additional daily charges
    •    Unauthorized extensions are subject to penalty fees

​

9. Liability
    •    JTSwift Rentals is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle
    •    We are not liable for delays caused by mechanical issues, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control

10. Agreement

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Rental Agreement.
